It reads: “The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t necessarily spoil the good things or make them unimportant.” -The Doctor, from Vincent & the Doctor

Among the myriad things that “caught” me, I found myself particularly fascinated with Tony Vincent’s skillful portrayal of St. Jimmy. I also fell in love with an illustration of the character as an angel, seen here in these awesome YouTube screenshots:Despite researching it for days, I could not find out who made the original illustration. My best guess is Chris Bilheimer or possibly Sixten. Regardless, I wanted to put it in my Moleskine to remember the experience. If you are anywhere near New York or visiting it soon, this is my personal recommendation that you go see American Idiot on Broadway stat. Here’s a sneak peek if you don’t mind spoilers.
