I still haven’t seen My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic. I didn’t even know it existed until I did this drawing and got a bunch of messages telling me “there’s already a Dr. Hooves.”
This is for my friend Taylor, who has been dealing with some rubbish boy issues. I met her through our love of music a few years ago and I don’t like seeing her upset.

Really old test animation idea for my logo.

Last year for Halloween I sketched Roe out as the Doctor from Doctor Who. This year I decided to do Castiel from Supernatural. Kind of similar really. Don’t know if I should shade this or leave it flat.

For as long as I can recall, my Intuos2 graphics tablet has been acting funny. (You’d have to hold the pen a very specific way and 80% of the time it would just do wave oscillations instead of a straight line.) Thus, I hardly ever used it and never got real practice on a tablet.
Today I went and bought a Intuos4. Excited does not cover it. It actually works like a real pen and a proper tablet. I did this quick little sketch/junk/doodle in celebration. I need time to get rid of all the bad habits I picked up trying to make my other one work and even loads more practice just using a tablet. But stoked.

I’m thinking now, this was so much cuter in scribbly pencil. Oh well. Doodle inspired by Otoroshi after listening to The Jade Pyramid.

I’m going to London shortly and I’ve only ever been out of the country to see Niagara Falls and driving through Vancouver. Basically, I’m excited, but terrified because I’m going alone. Does anyone have suggestions on what I should do or see? Or even cheap places to stay, like good hostels?
Don’t worry, the Doctor Who Experience is already on my list… ha!
Anyways, advice?

Independent of one another, my brother and I both determined that this show was better when we were children. Regardless, here’s a sketch of Ickis from Aaahh!!! Real Monsters.
